We line up our favorite chefs in their natural environment (that would be the kitchen), for you to taste and feast on their favorite recipes.
The Open Kitchen Market, this month on First Friday, will feature food like made from scratch wild shrimp dumplings, organic basil chicken dumplings, and seasonal vegan potstickers from Good-to-eat Dumplings, fried new potatoes, marinated chicken fingers, and a summer salad from Chef Braggs, local oysters on the half shell, local seasonal seafood fries, & other special surprises from FreshCatch. Fresh seasonal fruit pies by the slice, sweet and savory hand pies, soft Bavarian pretzels, brownies and cake from Oak & Fig Baking, bacon raclette from The Baconer, fried crickets from Tiny Farms, and plum syrup refresher, plum-tequila cocktail, and panna cotta with jam from Yumé Boshi.
