Join Preserved shop owner and DIY enthusiast, Elizabeth Vecchiarelli, for an exploration into the wonderful world of fermentation. Her 3-hour class will provide an introduction to kombucha, kefir and fermented vegetables.

Join chai master Abhi for a 3-hour class to learn the basics of making authentic chai as if you were roaming the streets of Mumbai. He'll show you how he mixes in flavors, and then you'll create a chai flavor of your own.

Learn the secrets of homemade gumbo in this 3-hour class taught by Tamara and Sarah of Samara Southern Creations, the masters of southern cooking at Forage Kitchen. They sell out of food every First Friday—now you can make the same food at home.
